Suspended in the air, this sculpture consists of a three-layer abstract pattern and generates fleeting patterns depending on the trajectory of the sun. Each day, the shifting shadow glides across the surfaces that compose the courtyard. At a specific moment, once a day, the sunlight recreates the word "OMBRE" (meaning "shadow") on the ground.
The 5th Festival of "Architectures Vives" organised by Association "Champ Libre", ran for four days in Montpellier. Architects from around the world were gathered to create an installation in the courtyards of private mansions.
